The Master Fact Register.

The pack’s single source of truth for commencement dates, thresholds and high-impact obligations — every fact, its jurisdiction, its effective date and its primary sources. When the law changes, update this register first, then cascade the change across every module.

Reference libraryThe pack’s single source of truth, kept current because the modules depend on it. Not required reading — a place to check one fact against its primary source.

How to use this register This register is the suite’s single source of truth for commencement dates, thresholds and high-impact obligations. Each Fundamentals module cites this register and aligns language, definitions and dates accordingly. Where the law changes (e.g., Annual Wage Review, Fair Work Act amendments, SA WHS updates), update this register first, then cascade the changes across documents. Jurisdictional lens: Federal (national system) with South Australian overlays where relevant (LSL, WHS, workers’ compensation/RTW, selected state IR).
